My name is Jonny Chai, and Transformation is my passion.
I grew up as an overweight kid most of my life. And as a young adult I had reached a weight of 270 pounds.
There came a moment in my life that I realized I was capable of more. I realized I was not living up to my potential.
That is when I made the shift. I got clear on what I wanted for myself, and I took full responsibility to make it happen.
I then became consumed with studying nutrition, exercise, and anything that would support me creating the results I wanted.
In the process, I lost 95 pounds, and not only transformed my body, but my life.

I approached Jonny because I needed a solution to drop some weight, to eat healthier and to generally just look and feel better. My weight would fluctuate and I was probably 10-15 lbs heavier than I should be. Jonny helped me by putting me on his Shred Program. The result was eye opening. By the end of the 21 day Shred I was 12.5lbs lighter, hadn’t lost an ounce of strength and looked much more toned. I started working out at 5 Stones in August 2014 through a recommendation from a friend. Prior to that, I had lifted weights on my own and ran fairly consistently but had no real guidance. I started working out 3, 4 times a week and by January I had lost 10 pounds I had been wanting to lose for years and my body felt entirely better, strength and posture being notable changes. As a busy professional, getting in and out in 45 mins certainly appeals to me. I was initially skeptical that I would see results in short workouts with no running.
