21 Day Shred Challenge

This is a 21 Day Nutrition Program to reset your eating habits so that you can reach your fat loss goals in a healthy and sustainable way.

I grew up as an overweight kid most of my life.

I was always the biggest kid in my class, the chubbiest of my siblings. At my heaviest weight I reached 270 pounds.

I had always wanted to be lean and have defined muscles, I just wasn’t sure it was possible for me and my genetics.

After a life changing moment in my 20’s, I stopped and asked myself a question that changed my life. “I wonder what would happen if I actually committed to giving this my all?”

When I thought about it, I had always wanted results, but I had never given all my effort consistently. I wasn’t even sure my effort would pay off. Because I had never been lean, or toned, or defined.

I began to search out testimonials of people who similar circumstances as me, and made incredible transformations.

Then I studied the steps they took to achieve the results. The more cases I found of successful transformations, the more hope I had that I could do the same.

I realized my nutrition was the deciding factor in my fat loss, everything changed…

I had already been lifting weights since I was 15 years old. And although I had gotten stronger and built some muscle over the years, most people just thought I was an overweight guy when they looked at me.

After studying countless success stories, I realized they all had one congruent factor in achieving fat loss. They focused on their eating.

They didn’t just focus on eating better, or eating less, or eating healthy.

They actually followed specific nutrition principles to make sure they were losing fat, and not just water or even worse, lean muscle.

After all, my goal was to get lean and defined. To look as strong as I was. I didn’t simply want to be a smaller version of my chubby self, or skinny fat.

As I started making changes I began to see results. I studied, implemented, experimented, reevaluated, and repeated.

Over time, I lost over 100lbs and have sustained a lean and healthy lifestyle.

I’ve taken my years of personal experience as well as 17 years of coaching others, and fine tuned my philosophy and approach to a simple formula that has worked for countless others, regardless of age or experience.

I approached Jonny because I needed a solution to drop some weight, to eat healthier and to generally just look and feel better. Note:

This program requires an open mind and a willingness to be challenged for 21 Days.
Some will find it more challenging than others, however all who participate have the opportunity to grow and learn.

For vegan or vegetarian lifestyles. 
This includes primarily animal and dairy protein options. Although I do believe it is possible to transform your body without consuming animal protein, I have limited experience with doing so, or coaching others to do so.
